o Suggestion made to identify the order of business

· Discussed new board
o New board has to have 3 members minimum; prefer 5 members max.

o It was asked is there a regulatory board that we could file a complaint against Ogden as a management company (better business bureau for example).
o It was asked if the board has meetings outside of the monthly community HOA meeting?
§ What are the requirements of board members
o Who voted on the HOA budget?

o Suggested having Mesa PD coming to one of our meetings and discussing

o Agreed 5 members would be ideal

· It was asked where the money for HOA late fees were going?

· Discussed HOA fees and lowering them
o It was discussed that HOA fee of 125.00- 135.00 is fair
· Discussed paint issues
o The HOA started painting the community and has not finished
· Discussed hiring outside management firm/ person to have an office in the clubhouse
o Will work as a person to monitor the pool area

o Raising the fence

· N offered her CPA to look over the budget
· Having a web cam in the pool area
· Security cameras on property
· How can we reduce our HOA fees/cut backs
· Having the people who can’t pay, pay what they can
o What is to stop them from taking advantage of this?
· Have some sort of incentive (not penalty) for paying your HOA assessment on time
o A reduced rate
· Next meeting we will be discussing block party
