We had a few people at the meeting despite it being a holiday weekend.
Kriss would not let us the Clubhouse and said we had to reserve the
Clubhouse and pay the $150 deposit even for a community meeting.

We established points to be brought up at the HOA Meeting to be held
next Monday (the 14th at 7 pm):

First, we should change the rules where we have a community meeting in
the clubhouse and assign a person to be responsible to set up and clean
up afterward, that we shouldn't have to pay the $150 deposit.

Second, why did the HOA pay $4000 to a landscape architect to publish
public information to tell us how to take care of our landscaping when
we could have found the information for free? And why do we have to pay
an extra $500 a month for the Landscapers to do their job correctly?
This is an ongoing problem of the Management Company and this Board of
not acting in the best interests of the community by not getting
competitive bids for contracts and not taking the advice of knowledge
of residents on how to save money.

Our goals is start a petition at the BBQ to be held on July 17th to get
a minimum of 42 signatures (25% of the Homeowners) to force an election
of the Board members since they are no longer representative of the
Homeowners and have not had the time and energy to the basic duties. We
want to elect a Board of 5 members instead of three, which is allowed
in the CCNR's. Once a new Board is established we want to fire Ogden
and hire our own property manager that is responsive to the Homeowners
and will work to help the community.

We all need to be spreading the word for other homewoners and renters
to come to our meetings and the regular HOW Meetings.
