I am emailing today with a few questions I would like addressed at your earliest.
 
1. Does our Board have meetings outside of the monthly all inclusive HOA meetings? If so, when?
 
2. What are the duties of a board member? What are the expectations of a board member?
 
3. Was there a vote on our current budget? Who reviewed it prior to it being put into place?
 
4. Where is the money from late HOA fees being allocated?
 
5. I've noticed painting the buildings started and stopped. When will these unsightly lines be filled and the work completed?

2. What are the duties of a board member? What are the expectations of a board member? To make decisions for the community and the benefit of the homeowners.
 
3. Was there a vote on our current budget? Who reviewed it prior to it being put into place? Yes, all three Board members approved it.
 
4. Where is the money from late HOA fees being allocated? Deposited into the Operating fund as income
 
5. I've noticed painting the buildings started and stopped. When will these unsightly lines be filled and the work completed? The caulking was done to prevent further water damage from rain. The painting of the community is estimated to cost over $125,000.  the community does not have the money to paint this year.
