Bill at Seven C’s reported to me yesterday that the chlorinator was clogged and needed to be cleaned.  It was not allowing the chlorine to flow out to the pool which was causing the pool to go green.  He cleaned the chlorinator screen, scrubbed the pool and added some liquid chlorine and everything is okay now and we should see the po...

Hello,
 
Several community members would like to reserve the club house for a community event July 17, 2010 from 5pm to 11pm. To my understanding since this is a community event there is not a fee associated with the reservation. Please advise.

Update June 29, 2010: Email recieved from Kriss' assistant regarding clubhouse reservation:

A deposit of $150 is still required for using the clubhouse.  Please see attach clubhouse reservation form.

I am emailing today with a few questions I would like addressed at your earliest.
 
1. Does our Board have meetings outside of the monthly all inclusive HOA meetings? If so, when?
 
2. What are the duties of a board member? What are the expectations of a board member?
